Twisted Metal Ellipse Atmospheric

i want an ellipse (horizontally tilted to see the ellipse) made of twisted metal with a dull shine against a soft atmospheric background. Crossing the first ellipse is a vertical ellipse of twisted metal, same twisting pattern, no seams in either. Than i want another horizontal (mostly) twisted metal ellipse inside the second one.
